Partner
Mark T. Kobata is a partner in the law firm of Barlow, Kobata & Denis LLP located in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Foster focuses on employment litigation, representing California employers in a wide variety of state and federal matters. She earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2005, and her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego in 2002. Ms. Foster was admitted to practice in California in 2006 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
